Q: I am seldom to do exercise, new to gym and not sure how to start.

A: Freeman plan will suit you. This is one session training, you will see how you love to workout in gym, also the chemistry between you and the personal trainer before go to further sessions.

Q: My doctor asked me to do exercise regularly in order to recover from my chronic conditions.

A: Leisure plan is one of the good choices, there are 10 training sessions, personal trainer will help you to setup training schedule according to your needs.

Q: I just rehabilitation after illness / injury, shall I restart my training?

A: First of all, you need to get your doctor / physiatrist approval before restart the training, then please go thru the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and see if you are ready for training. Once ready, we recommend to start with Freeman plan, this is an hour session, our personal trainer will assess your fitness conditions and advise further training schedule.

Q: I joined the new year marathon, there are 4 months left and I hope to enhance my muscle endurance.

A: Athlete plan is an option, it consists of 20 training sessions which encourage client to have personal training twice a week. This suit to client who have specific goal to be achieved with time strain.

Q: My job require me to sit all day, I hope to do workout before or after work, is this too harsh to myself?

A: Many of our clients attend training before or after work, our personal trainers are experienced to custom the training content according to client physical and psychologic conditions and Leisure plan is a good choice to you.
